Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire

The Sr Manufacturing Engineer will develop strong communications with internal teams to estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
Experience estimating manufacturing costs and determining time standards
Familiarity with tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines
Component & board level electronic systems / test experience
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and electrical/mechanical components, systems, and applications
Solid understanding of lean techniques and statistical analysis
Experience estimating manufacturing costs and determining time standards
Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and statistical process analysis
