Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent experience in Lean Manufacturing or quality-related disciplines.
Lean training and experience
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Adaptable to production floor work and requirements.
Regular and Reliable Attendance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to evaluate manufacturing processes, interpret technical information, and compare results against standards.
Knowledge of quality tools such as corrective action, root-cause analysis, control plans, and process audits.
Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug, and background test.
