Experience in aseptic processing, sterile manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device production.

Working knowledge of cGMPs, quality systems, and manufacturing documentation practices.

Experience using production metrics to support operational improvements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, overtime, and off-shifts as needed.

Requires working knowledge of manufacturing operations and aseptic production processes.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the workday.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Must be able to wear required PPE and comply with cleanroom gowning requirements, including sterile gowns, gloves, masks, and hair coverings.

Must successfully complete gowning qualifications and follow aseptic techniques and contamination control procedures.

Flexibility to support multiple shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime based on business needs.

Associate degree or technical degree preferred.

Hands-on experience supporting aseptic filling, sterile processing, cleanroom operations, or environmental monitoring activities.

Experience leading teams in pharmaceutical, medical device, biologics, or healthcare manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Experience participating in audits, inspections, CAPA activities, and quality improvement initiatives.

$20.00 - $35.00/hr.

Night Shift

Ability to use complex equipment, read difficult instructions and schematics, and maintain written records.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to create Excel spreadsheets to maintain Inventories.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.

Ability to use common machine shop hand and measurement tools.

Ability to work onsite, including hours outside of a normal working day, to meet critical deadlines.

All applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR.

High school degree. Successful completion of company provided training will be required.

3+ Years Practical Experience working directly with CNC Tools and Tools Holding processes.

Thebase pay for this position is $21.00/hour

The salary range for this position $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.

1+ years in machining inspection experience within a manufacturing environment

1+ years of using precise measurement equipment including, but not limited to Calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, Height gauges, surface plates, Optical comparators, Thread gauges, plug gauges, Surface roughness testers

Requires standing, handling parts, and working with precision instruments

Aerospace preferred

ASQ certification (CQI)

Experience with FAI (AS9102) strongly preferred

Strong understanding of: * **GD &T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)** * **Aerospace quality standards (AS9100, AS9102)**

Proficiency with: * CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) * Inspection tools (manual and digital)

Knowledge of: * Machining processes (CNC milling, turning, grinding) * Materials used in aerospace (aluminum, titanium, Inconel, etc.)
