Has completed or is working on a 2-year trades degree and/or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age.
Able to read, write and speak English.
Basic mechanical skills
Experience with basic electrical systems (starters fuses, contacts, relays)
Experience with compressors systems, air cylinders, sensors, hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, pressure cylinders).
Building maintenance (small installations, light fixtures, plumbing).
Experience with advanced electrical (resolving electrical issues, reading and writing electrical diagrams, reading mechanical blueprints, building small panels. basic PLC's (check inputs, outputs, read ladder diagrams, changing small programs) basic machining, fabricating, welding.
Full knowledge of PLC programming, debugging, ladder diagrams, transfer data and programs, development of new programs.
Experience with servo motors.
Welding and fabrication
Full understanding of 3 Phase electrical
Tree phase motor controls.
Troubleshoot AC & DC drives.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
