Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Facilities Management, Geographic Information Systems, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Seven or more years of experience in CAD administration, spatial data management, workplace data governance, CAD/CAFM systems engineering, or related work within a large corporate real estate, workplace, or consulting environment.
Deep expertise in AutoCAD, enterprise drawing standards, and management of complex drawing environments.
Strong experience managing spatial and workplace data in conjunction with enterprise platforms such as Archibus, TRIRIGA, FM:Systems, Serraview, Eptura, OSIS, or similar tools.
Demonstrated experience leading space data quality, governance, and validation programs across large or complex portfolios.
Strong understanding of spatial measurement and classification standards including BOMA, IFMA, and IPMS.
Proven track record leading software migrations, standards development, large-scale data remediation, or system integration projects.
