Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
0 -5 years' experience in manufacturing quality engineering, process engineering or product engineering
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to satisfy AFSI ITAR requirements.
Knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing activities including methods improvement, FMEAs, SPC, capability studies, failure analysis, tooling, plant layout, work flow, manufacturing cost control and reduction
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Tools; Value Stream Mapping, 5s, Standardized Work, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Error Proofing, Set up Reduction, Continuous Flow
Must be skilled in AutoCad, Solid Edge or equivalent CAD tools
Familiarity with GD&T; is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
