Sales floor management experience required, you have run a team, not just been a top performer.

Comfortable working alongside AI agents integrated into the sales workflow.

Currently running your own MCA team or floor.

Have an existing book of business.

CDL Class A

Valid Class A CDL required

1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years

3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
