Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Must be 18 years or older.

Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Possess basic computer proficiency.

Demonstrate basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Minimum of one year of experience in industrial electrical systems and mechanical maintenance.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and other varying conditions while using required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Ability to work at heights of 4 feet or more.

Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed with advance notice.

Experience working with SAP and/or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification.

Heavy equipment or industrial maintenance technical diploma from a trade school, or 3+ years of equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.

Certifications in Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance.

Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining: Packaging equipment, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Belt and roller conveyors, Pumps, Gear reducers or Bearings.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Experience diagnosing and resolving equipment reliability and performance issues.
