B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent College degree.
3-5 years experience.
Must demonstrate experience with hardware and software systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and life cycle management.
Good knowledge of Windows desktop products.
Good knowledge of computer hardware.
Must be flexible with schedule and be able to work overtime as needed.
Ability to travel to other offices.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Strong experience with Windows environments (Windows 10/11).
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
A rudimentary understanding of networking (wired and wireless) to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Mandatory monthly or bi-monthly travel.
Travel is mandatory once a month or every other month to our Southern California offices and other sites as needed.
