Meet time-in-role requirements as defined in the Promotions Policy (U.S.)
Maintain an acceptable level of performance including but not limited to absence of corrective action and/or resolution of previous corrective action.
Successfully pass any special screening processes required for the position of interest, including but not limited to background investigations, drug screens, and skills assessments.

Read, interpret, and understand technical and quality procedures.
Ability to apply shop mathematics.

Understanding of aviation terms and working knowledge of applicable technical publications.
Ability to use, read and interpret various types of Precision Measurement Equipment.
Ability to operate industrial trucks or electric hoist.
