Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
At least two (2) years of RN work experience is required
Previous experience working in a formal supervisory role and/or demonstrated leadership
Previous IR nursing experience and experience supervising a team in a clinical setting is preferred
Strongly preferred training and mentoring teams
Expertise in conflict resolution and the ability to guide others toward meeting operational goals
Youll oversee the IR nursing team in partnership with the IR Team Leader at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital
Responsibilities also include one day at Geisinger's Health Plex at Pittston
This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 40-hours weekly, is salaried, and includes rounding on shifts where necessary
