Earn $54,353.00 - $113,628.80 per Year

$1,800 transition package including $1,000 orientation pay

Earn $0.55 to $0.60 per mile, depending on experience

Earn $1,045.00 - $2,185.17 per week depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.

Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate.

CDL-A

Must have a valid Class A driver's license (CDL-A)

A safe driving record on the road

Must be 21 years of age or older

No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years

For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

4+ months of driving experience preferred

Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary

Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $65,555-$109,259.

This position is Incentive eligible.

2+ years of hands-on experience as an electrical technician, junior designer, or similar role

Familiarity with industrial control panels, MCCs, and low-voltage power distribution (under 1000 V)

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field) or equivalent practical experience

Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" Clearance

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

This position will require a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.

Candidates for positions requiring a security clearance are required to be tested for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4 prior to an offer of employment being made.

Once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government.

Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.

Familiarity with CAD tools and electrical analysis software (e.g., ETAP, EasyPower) is a plus
