High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in facilities, maintenance, building operations, or a related field.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 11AM-7:30PM EST with some overtime and weekends as needed.
Availability for emergencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including email, spreadsheets, document creation, and calendar management.
Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Must successfully pass a background check consistent with company policy and applicable laws.
Participation in an on-call rotation is required to support facility emergencies, planned maintenance activities, and special events.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and move throughout the facility.
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds independently; assistance is required for heavier items.
