Pick up children from school/camp at 3:00PM and safely transport them home or to scheduled activities
Drive children to and from after-school activities as needed
Provide attentive after-school care, including preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks
Assist with homework, reading, and school projects when needed
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and play that encourage learning and development
Promote positive behavior, kindness, respect, and good social skills while reinforcing established family routines and expectations
Help maintain a tidy environment by cleaning up children's play areas, bedrooms, and common spaces used during the day
Assist with child-related household tasks, including cleaning lunchboxes, organizing backpacks, and preparing items needed for the next school day
Provide basic pet care support as needed, including feeding, letting the dog outside, and ensuring general well-being
Maintain a safe, nurturing environment at all times and follow all family guidelines and preferences
Communicate regularly with parents regarding schedules, activities, concerns, and important updates

1–3 years of experience in landscape design, sales, or related field
Proficiency in digital design tools (2D/3D visualization software)
Expert knowledge of common South Florida plants
Strong understanding of landscape design principles (planting, layout, hardscape concepts)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset (commission-based environment)
