Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Track and report on quality KPIs, trends, and improvement initiatives
Address customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and maintain strong relationships with customers
Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance product and process quality
