Have a valid commercial driver's license
Safe driving record/MVR
At least 12 months of verifiable CMV experience in the equipment type I am applying to drive
No drug or alcohol traffic related offenses within the last 3 years (DWI, DUI, open container, etc.)
CDL-A Owner Operator
Not currently on any type of community supervision program (probation, parole, etc.)
