Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be willing and able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (2-2-3), including every other weekend
Work full shifts in areas where temperatures may exceed 100°F during summer months.
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequently climb, bend, reach, squat, twist, push, and pull.
Lift and carry materials weighing approximately 50+ lbs.
Work around manufacturing machinery, noise, dust, and other production conditions.
Maintaining physical endurance throughout extended shifts.
Wear required PPE (steel toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) and maintain attention and productivity throughout duration of shift.
