Salary Range Minimum: USD $29.00/Hr. Salary Range Maximum: USD $35.00/Hr.

Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing heavy-duty tractors, trailers, or similar commercial fleet equipment.

Working knowledge of air brake, suspension, wheel-end, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Ability to safely use hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools, jacks, lifts, and diagnostic equipment.

Ability to read work orders, inspection forms, service manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts information.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Basic computer skills and the ability to complete repair-order documentation in a fleet maintenance system.

Ability to provide and maintain commonly required personal hand tools consistent with company policy.

Requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and working around or beneath properly secured equipment.

Must be able to lift and move heavy parts and components using safe methods and available assistance or lifting devices.

Must be able to safely enter and exit tractors and trailers and work at varied heights or in confined areas when properly trained and protected.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience in a private fleet, refuse and recycling, transportation, LTL, or similar high-utilization operation.

CDL Class A or B, or the ability to obtain one.

ASE, OEM, brake, welding, or trailer-repair training.

$30 - $34/hour during the initial 60-day evaluation period (Depending on Experience)

Hourly during evaluation; guaranteed weekly pay plus production compensation after successful completion

After successful completion, approximately $1,200-$1,300 weekly guarantee plus production compensation beginning at 30.1 billed hours (Depending on Experience / Skills)

Target earning potential of approximately $78,000-$80,000+ annually; actual earnings depend on the final pay plan and production (Depending on Experience / Skills)

5+ years of professional automotive repair shop experience required

Strong B Level general repair and basic diagnostic skills

Able to work independently across multiple makes and models

Comfortable working on both cars and trucks

Own standard professional technician hand tools
