Demonstrated experience leading BIM and virtual construction efforts on commercial construction projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit for design, coordination, fabrication, and construction modeling.
Hands-on experience with Navisworks for model coordination, clash detection, and constructability analysis.
Ability to develop, organize, and manage project views, sheets, schedules, filters, and model structures in Revit.
Experience translating marked-up drawings, sketches, and engineering documents into detailed construction-ready models and drawings.
Proven ability to coordinate models across multiple disciplines and trades to support clash detection and field installation.
Experience managing Revit worksharing environments, worksets, and collaborative project workflows.
Knowledge of BIM 360 and other cloud-based document management and collaboration platforms.
Proficiency with construction documents, construction drawings, and model-based construction technologies.
Experience with laser scanning workflows, including point cloud coordination and existing-condition modeling.
Ability to coordinate and deliver 3D models generated from laser scan data for project use.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and model support.
Background in electrical drafting, electrical design, and modeling within a construction context.
Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures within a construction or engineering environment.
Experience working with electrical contractors or on electrical scopes within large commercial or industrial projects.
Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and complex industrial projects is a strong plus.
Experience supporting prefabrication and field installation through accurate layout and dimensioned modeling.
Ability to mentor and train other BIM modelers and team members in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM best practices.
Experience participating in digital layout activities utilizing Total Station equipment.
Strong collaboration skills with project managers, engineers, project coordinators, and onsite electricians.
Ability to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of BIM standards and virtual construction initiatives.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining project documentation, model archives, and electronic drawing systems.
