Regular and reliable attendance is an essential expectation of this position.
4 - 5 years of relevant experience
High school degree or equivalent, plus advanced training
4 - 5 years experience Utilizing CAD software to create measurement programs for CMM inspections
4 - 5 years experience performing regular calibration and verification of CMM equipment to ensure accuracy of measurements
4 - 5 years experience conducting thorough inspections of parts using CMM, identifying any deviations from specifications or quality standards
4-5 years experience collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve issues relating to part dimensions or tolerances.
Working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements
Basic computer skills
Ability to use measuring equipment
Understand and obey safety requirements
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, as well as reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time
Capable of standing for long periods
