3+ years of mechanical repair experience working on heavy equipment, specifically HDD drill rigs, heavy construction machines, or diesel fleets.

Strong proficiency with hydraulic systems, 12V/24V electrical troubleshooting, diesel engines, and welding/fabrication.

Willingness to travel extensively (often 70%–100% travel) across multi-state regions or project zones.

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, and maneuver around heavy machinery.

Commercial Driver's License Class A or B often preferred or required for operating service trucks and towing equipment.

Pay Rate: $35–$50/hour

Pay Type: Hourly + Production Bonus

Typical Flagged Hours: Production bonus starts at 35 billed hours per week

Earning Potential: $80,000–$130,000+ annually

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Ability to complete complex repairs independently

6+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred

Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software experience preferred

ASE Certifications preferred
