Qualified candidates will have experience in building or property maintenance, not industrial or manufacturing environments.

A minimum of two years of experience in multifamily residential properties or retirement communities, or equivalent experience (required)

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Current & valid Drivers' License

Driving record free of major infractions

Four or more years of experience in multifamily residential properties or retirement communities (preferred)

Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment in a technical field such as HVAC, building trades or building utilities program (preferred)

Experience working with seniors (preferred)
