5+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project management, or process improvement.
Experience improving business processes and coordinating work across multiple functional teams.
Experience managing project timelines, calendars, operational reporting, and documentation.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
Experience building or maintaining collaborative tools and workflows using Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro, or similar platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Ability to work onsite in Beaverton, Oregon, Monday through Thursday.
