Required Licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers and satisfactory criminal background check
Satisfactory drug screen
Proven competency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Age-Specific Care Criteria: The employee must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the unit's policies and procedures.
Interpersonal Skills: Interact in a pleasant and professional manner with other employees, physicians, providers, patients, and patients' families to promote a team effort through cooperation and respect for fellow employees.
Experience working with adolescents, teens and adults with an MH diagnosis, or MH work history is preferred.
