High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, fabrication, shipbuilding, or related industrial environments.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and customer requirements.
Working knowledge of quality documentation, traceability, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with precision measuring equipment and dimensional inspection techniques.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems.
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend and work for extended periods in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Ability to perform work in office, shop, and outdoor environments and adapt to varying weather, environmental, and industrial conditions throughout the year.
