Solders and reworks fine pitch components and discrete components as small as 0402 size
Constructs flight harness elements on hardware, including crimping conductors for connectors in accordance with NASA and IPC standards and Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) mitigation and control
Responsible for production and processing of flight avionics and harnesses, mechanical and electrical integration to high level work/rework instructions
Records requirement verification from tests and inspections and follows written procedures
Documents production details of flight hardware and ensures flight processing activities are recorded in accordance with program and company processes
Schedules work activities in coordination with all team member and maintains status of work
Ensures manufacturing progress is reported appropriately and issues are documented and resolved
