Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Cost accounting experience involving material, labor, overhead, and manufacturing variance analysis.
Working knowledge of inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliations, and physical inventory processes.
Understanding of month-end close, COGS, fixed assets, and general accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
