Associate's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or Logistics, or Journeyman status.
5+ years of plant-specific maintenance experience, or 10+ years of general maintenance experience including at least 2 years in a Planner role.
Prior experience with maintenance software and personal computers.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Good organizational and scheduling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supervisory skills, and the ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
