A minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
At least 3 years of maintenance work experience in a chemical plant, packaging facility or a skilled trade using similar skills such as a Pipefitter, Millwright, or HVAC technician.
Current, valid US driver's license.
Able to work straight shifts Monday-Friday from 7 am- 3:30 pm. Overtime offered based on business need.
Be proficient in computers to perform job tasks.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Equipment Troubleshooting: Systematic, step-by-step process for identifying the root cause of a malfunction and implementing a solution to restore the equipment to its intended working condition.
Process Control: The application of a systematic method for managing and adjusting a dynamic system's variables to maintain it within specified limits and to achieve a desired outcome.
Process Equipment: Machinery and devices that alter raw materials or products through chemical or physical means to achieve a desired outcome. An understanding of how this equipment operates is critical for this role.
Mechanical Systems Diagnostics: Ability to assess the condition and performance of pumps, motors, valves, and rotating equipment using inspection techniques, measurements, and testing tools to proactively identify wear, failure risks, and maintenance needs.
Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Knowledge of implementing and optimizing maintenance strategies (e.g., inspections, lubrication schedules, vibration monitoring) to reduce unplanned downtime and improve overall equipment reliability.
