A High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required.

Typically requires at least 10 plus years of experience in commercial HVAC, including Chiller systems.

Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).

Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

EPA Certification (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer etc.).

Flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.

Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.

Minimum of **2 years of Building Automation or BAS technician experience**.

Strong understanding of low voltage electrical systems, including AC and DC wiring, relays, sensors, actuators, and control circuits.

Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and sequences of operation.

Ability to read electrical drawings, control diagrams, and mechanical plans.

Must be willing and able to travel nationwide Monday through Friday.

Valid driver's license required.

Must be able to pass applicable background screening and drug screening requirements.

Experience with **Honeywell controls and or Tridium Niagara** strongly preferred.

Niagara N4 commissioning and troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Trade school, HVAC apprenticeship, controls training, or military technical training preferred.
