18+ years old
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
2+ years of management and customer service experience required
Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
