With a thorough understanding of vacuum, RF, AC/DC and digital electronic theory, and the ability to assemble, disassemble and reassemble complex mechanical assemblies, are desired.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs

One will achieve a RTX Core Certification and receive Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Training

Sr. Electrical Engineer

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years' prior relevant experience

Experience with any of the following: RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing

Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers

Prior hands-on troubleshooting experience is preferred.

Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations

Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystem; including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and production/supplier/sub-tier supplier support of test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and related industry specifications.

Experience with any of the following tools: Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS), Advanced Design System (ADS), Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, and Spectrum Analyzer.

Familiarity with missile communication transceivers and data links, inertial measurement units (IMU) and Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver subsystems.

Experience with subsystems integration and test, post test flight analysis, problem investigation, Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving production yield improvements, technical writing, formal presentation, and implementing Engineering Change Notices.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

This role is subject to on-call scheduling

Must own tools applicable to position

Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools

Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams

High School diploma

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

Field Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement

This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen

Employment is contingent on passing a background check.

Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)

An acceptable driving record

Mechanics may be expected to provide their own standard tools.

A minimum of 1 year experience as a mechanic

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment

Routinely: Climb stairs, lift between 26 and 55 pounds, bend, stoop, fine hand motion, squeeze, stand, use portable ladder, walk, work in confined spaces, work with arms above shoulder level, operate heavy machinery and vehicles

Occasionally: use keyboard & mouse, lift greater than 55 pounds, work alone in remote locations, and at heights

Preferably with a focus on fleet vehicles or commercial equipment
