Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required
Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited program in civil engineering
8-12 years of hydraulics design experience including:
Design of roadway drainage and flood control facilities
Design of erosion control and stormwater treatment facilities
Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer (ORD)
Expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic software, including ORD Drainage and Utilities, StormCAD, PondPack, HEC-HMS HEC-RAS, etc.
Working knowledge of DOT, AASHTO, and FHWA highway drainage design criteria and guidelines
Ability to meet project deadlines

Mid - Senior Level: Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering with a minimum of four (4) + years of relevant experience in the design of electric utility transmission systems.
Lead Level: Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering with a minimum of eight (8) + years of relevant experience in the design of electric utility transmission systems
This experience must include a minimum of two (2) + years of demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience over project teams and/or junior staff.
Experience in reviewing full transmission line designs including PLS-CADD models, foundations, material, plan and profiles, and construction packages
Knowledge of NESC, ACI, AISC, and ASCE code requirements; construction specifications; material procurement process; project schedules; and construction work packages.
Develop project scopes, budgets, and proposals
Ability to work effectively in team environment but also able to work independently
Proven ability to communicate with clients and project teams
Work in client office is a possibility and/or periodic travel may be required (up to 10-15%)
Expert-level proficiency in PLS-CADD and experience with POLE.
Experience with foundation analysis software such as LPILE or FAD Tools.
