Order Management Specialist preforms assigned duties under the direction of Wasatch Rx's Sales Account Manager over Order Management
Primary areas of work responsibility include: order verification, sales support, and purchasing support
Verify online orders against internal purchase orders
Locate corresponding invoices and file electronically
Produce shipping labels; coordinate shipping instruction with vendors
Research and reconcile vendor order discrepancies
Central contact for vendor order inquiries
Compile and compose drug T3 pedigree documentation

Order review, research and correct discrepancies
Assist purchasing team with various tasks as needed
