Maintain weld machines using preventative maintenance methods - continually evaluate weld machine performance and technology to improve cycle times. Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed
Participation in continuous improvement activities such as PPI teams, lean initiatives, 5S, etc.
Reviews work to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, safety standards, customer specifications, and RMB standard
Recommend quality and productivity improvements where appropriate to increase customer satisfaction, quality delivery performance, and profitability
Certification: Certifications preferred or able to achieve certification: Forklift, crane, welding
