A High school diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 3 years of consistent quality inspection or quality manufacturing experience is required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with SAP, MRP, or comparable software is required
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, inspection requirements, and manufacturing documentation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform work in a manufacturing shop environment
A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required
Availability to work first shift, Monday through Friday, 6:25 a.m. to 2:25 p.m.
Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require
Strong time management skills, sound judgment, and excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document findings and communicate quality concerns professionally
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and support production schedules while maintaining quality standards
Strong safety focus and willingness to follow all site safety procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements
Reliable, dependable, organized, and able to work with a high level of accountability and professionalism
Ability to work effectively in a union environment
