High school diploma, GED, or trade or technical certification from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated experience in close tolerance metal forming.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Ability to operate equipment, adjust settings, and determine whether parts meet established standards.
Basic computer skills and comfort entering production information.
The role involves communicating with team members; occasionally standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and using hands to handle materials and tools; and occasionally lifting or moving up to 30 pounds.
