Journeyman-level Pipefitter experience required.
Previous experience as a General Foreman, Foreman, Lead Foreman, Mechanical Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
Experience managing multiple crews, Foremen, and large craft workforces.
Experience with manpower planning, labor forecasting, scheduling, and material management.
Strong mechanical piping experience, including hydronic, process, and mechanical room systems.
Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, HDPE, Victaulic/grooved, or similar piping systems.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents.
Work indoors and outdoors, including dusty, noisy, and active construction environments.
Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in other challenging jobsite conditions.
Climb, balance, squat, kneel, crouch, and perform physically demanding construction activities.
Work in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds occasionally, 45 pounds frequently, and 22 pounds continuously.
