At least 3 years of roofing experience
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and building codes
Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, and roof measurements
Must be able to speak English
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable documentation of identity and employment eligibility
Must have a valid Arizona driver's license
Ability to work at heights and on steep or uneven surfaces
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and carry materials up ladders
Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and variable weather conditions
Ability to stand, climb, kneel, and bend for extended periods
