Assistant Manager
Train store associates on company policies, procedures, and standards
Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and accounting department
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers and addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders when stock reaches designated thresholds
Conduct market surveys in the Store Manager's absence to support competitive analysis and pricing
Assist subordinates with their work activities such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise

Guide team members in handling complex or challenging sales transactions effectively
Be able to delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure daily objectives are met
Oversee all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
Create and maintain work schedules; track employee attendance and manage timekeeping records
Inspect merchandise for correct pricing, quality, and proper display in alignment with brand standards
Support the daily operations of our convenience store
Provide support to the Store Manager as required, including on call availability
