Current Class A CDL with HazMat & Tank endorsement,

Must be 23 years

A minimum 2 years of experience driving a Tractor Trailer

No more than 2 moving violation and/or preventable accidents in the past 36 months

Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

Ability to meet all Federal, State, Local and Company requirements

$40.00–$50.00 per hour

$17.05 per hour

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $1,000 after six months of employment and $1,000 after one year of employment.

Reimbursable mileage is paid at the current IRS standard mileage rate.

Meets current Illinois requirements for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), including all applicable education, licensure, supervision, credentialing, and scope-of-practice requirements.

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.

Foundational knowledge of clinical assessment, treatment planning, client engagement, family intervention, crisis prevention, de-escalation, documentation, and care coordination.

Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and protect confidential client and family information.

Reliable transportation

Current auto liability insurance

Clinicians must be able to safely navigate varied home and community environments

Including scheduled support outside traditional business hours when needed including evenings and one weekend day.

Experience with complex behavioral health needs, family systems, crisis intervention, intensive or community-based services, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and evidence-informed clinical practice is strongly preferred.

Willingness and ability to complete all required Blue Kite Wellness and Illinois Pathways training within established timeframes.
