Full-time position

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related technical discipline.

7+ years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment.

3+ years managing or administering Quality Management Systems.

Experience leading ISO 9001 implementation, certification, or maintenance activities.

Experience with corrective action systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality system requirements.

Proficiency in internal auditing principles and practices.

Knowledge of CAPA, document control, risk management, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and process management.

Experience with quality management software and document management systems.

Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE) preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required

3+ years of QC or QA experience

Knowledge of ISO 9001, cGMP, AS9100, or industry-specific standards

Good knowledge of MS Office and data analysis tools

Ability to manage a team

Must meet vision and color blindness standards, verified by medical documentation.

New hires must pass an eye test before starting employment, and retesting occurs annually

Experience using various precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and thread gauges.

Ability to lift 45 lbs.

College degree preferred

Able to climb, crawl, reach and be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
