High school or equivalent

2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience, or 1+ year in security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, law enforcement, or operations, or Loss Prevention Qualified Career Choice Graduate

1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, in a professional capacity

Workplace incident mitigation or de-escalation and Business Continuity planning experience

2 year associates degree required,

Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality in a production environment

Experience conducting internal audits and participating in external audits

Must be comfortable using microscopes on a regular basis

Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

4 year degree in an engineering or technical-related discipline preferred

Working knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System and AS9100D preferred.

Experience with hardware manufacturing; aerospace and space/flight products a plus.

Experience/ knowledge of quality techniques such as root cause analysis, FMEA, control plans, and lean/six sigma a plus.

$50,000 - $52,000 annually

2+ years of payroll processing experience.

Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and wage and hour laws.

Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, UKG, Paycom, Ceridian, or similar platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Experience reconciling payroll and identifying discrepancies.

Experience processing payroll in a multi-state environment preferred.

High-volume payroll processing.

Multi-state payroll and tax compliance.

Commission and bonus payroll calculations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years).
