Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in plastic injection molding, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
5+ years of experience in tooling, processing, and CAD within the custom molding industry
RJG or similar scientific molding training
Experience with automation and robotics in molding environments
Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certification
