High school or equivalent

2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience, or 1+ year in security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, law enforcement, or operations, or Loss Prevention Qualified Career Choice Graduate

1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, in a professional capacity

Workplace incident mitigation or de-escalation and Business Continuity planning experience

Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach; Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts; Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud; Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments); Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs).

Experience making and influencing informed decisions by leveraging data and metrics

Wicklander and Zulawski, Loss Prevention Qualified, Certified Protection Professional, Loss Prevention Certified, Certified Forensic Interviewer, Certified Threat Assessment Certification or other relevant certifications

Experience in physical security systems maintenance/implementation and coordinating scope of work with security vendors
