Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience

7+ years of relevant project management or construction management experience

Proven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectively

Strong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects

Proficiency with project management software including MS Project and Procore

Valid driver's license

Direct experience in commercial real estate or corporate construction management

Accounting and forecasting experience
