Proven experience supervising electrical crews on commercial projects

2+ years of experience

Minimum 2 years of experience installing security and access control systems.

Experience with Openpath (Avigilon Alta Access) programming and configuration.

Experience with Avigilon video surveillance systems.

Experience installing and troubleshooting magnetic locks and other access control door hardware.

Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring and structured cabling practices.

Ability to read construction drawings and security system documentation.

Experience using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts.

Valid driver's license

8–10+ years of commercial construction management experience, with a track record of leading complex projects.

Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Advanced Procore skills required.

Proficiency in Viewpoint.

Strong command of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Procore certification preferred.
