High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with coworkers of all levels across the company
Capable of reading and understanding manufacturing instructions and technical writing
Must have capability to twist, turn, wipe, and perform repetitive tasks with small components using hands
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Must have good hand eye coordination
Must be capable of lifting and transferring materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
Handling of explosive components and sub-assemblies required
An Assembler is capable of satisfactory work at all assembly stations, piecing together ammunition components at a fast pace while maintaining a high-quality consciousness.
