High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
One of the following minimum requirements:
\- At least **7 years of experience** in a relevant trade field, **or**
\- A **Journeyman Trade Certificate** with relevant experience, **or**
* A **2-year technical degree** in a related field, plus **3 years' experience** working in the Machine Repair/Industrial Electrical field
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
Knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyance systems, CNC equipment, and automation required.
Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production.
