Daily Activities Repetitively lift, carry, and position product (weighing up to 50 lbs.) above shoulder height without assistance.

Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.

Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.

Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

1st Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Previous stand-up forklift experience

Comfortable operating in tight aisles and around high racking

Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Training on the specialized equipment we sell and service will be provided.

Mechanically inclined with practical hands-on experience

Competent using common hand tools and power tools

Ability to understand basic mechanical assemblies and how components work together

Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical problems

Able to follow written procedures, drawings, instructions, and specifications

Comfortable using computers for everyday business tasks

Experience using help-desk, ticketing, CRM, or similar business software

Ability to create, update, and close support records or tickets

Comfortable working with databases and electronic records

Experience with shipping, receiving, and order processing

Ability to conduct effective online research

Comfortable using video conferencing and other communication platforms

2–3 years of experience in a mechanical, technical, maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, equipment-service, or similar hands-on field

Previous customer-service experience

Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, equipment repair, or technical documentation is a plus
